Preparation
Please arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service. To avoid any delay in our next guests, your service will need to end on time regardless of when you arrive.

Scheduling
We highly suggest booking your appointment at least 2 weeks in advance. Credit card may be required when booking services.

Cancellations
If scheduling 4 or more appointments at one time, a credit card number will be required. That credit card will be charged the full amount of the services scheduled if not cancelled one full week in advance.

If you are dissatisfied with any service performed at Made Ya Look! You must let us know within 24 hours after completion of the service so that we can properly accommodate you. If you wait longer than 24 hours to notify us, we will do our best to accommodate you but you may incur a fee.

Please refrain from the use of cell phones in the salon and spa areas. Please silence or turn off your mobile phones as a courtesy to other customers.
